Due to the nature of this product, there are no returns.

You can do a one-time exchange, if you are unsatisfied with the unit you receive.

If for any reason, the custom unit does not fit properly or has any other issues, please contact us to have the unit exchanged for the correct one (you may only exchange your wig once).
